To ensure stylists are not missing opportunities and meeting their goals, we have made the following updates to our cancellation policy:
- Non-emergent cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% charge of the estimated service charge
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the estimated service charge.
We respect and value our stylist’s and client’s time. In order to do so, we ask that if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you call and let us know. You may be asked to reschedule so we are able to serve all following clients in a timely manner.
